Britannica defines technology as, “the application of scientific knowledge to the practical aims of human life” (Britannica.com 2022). As technology is rapidly changing, it is quite easy to become disoriented with the plethora of gadgets, platforms and softwares that are available. Execution of the program of works is not straight forwards and cannot follow a ridged pathway. This is why at Mind Meld Consulting, we use our own methodology for Project/Program Management, called WAGILIT – a combination of Waterfall, Agile and Just-In-Time. This allows for an iterative process when developing applications and systems, allows for scheduling back to back work packages for reduced resourcing, while meeting hard deadlines in construction.
